“…the best workout I’ve EVER had…”

I don’t want it to sound tacky our like a cliche, but this was really the best workout I’ve EVER had (and I’ve tried quite a few). I admit, it was hard for me to start, to even get to the first class, I am constantly out of breath and in pain and I’m sometimes so annoyed I want to scream. But afterward, all that goes away, I feel great, I sleep better and I’m grateful to you and Marie for pushing me.

I especially love it when we do the different posts with different exercises. It makes me think about what I’m doing and at the same time keeps me going, so that I forget about the time. And I’m having fun! :)

I also love the stretching exercises, I really feel the tension in my neck and shoulders going away, and the muscles don’t hurt that much the next day(s).

What I’m not so keen on is jogging, but that’s just a personal dislike :) . I don’t like the warming up bit in general, but I guess that’s only because I need to get over my threshold.

Finally, I love how we encourage each other, you just have to keep on going…
OK, enough from me, I don’t want to bore you to sleep.

Can’t wait for October group to start.

Motivated trainers encouraged me to get off my butt and do some exercise.

A gym membership would not give the same!

I like the structure/ preparation of the ‘class’ content which focuses on the various muscle groups and i realise 25 yrs on the phone in front of a computer ruin my posture, condition etc.

Since starting training with you 5+ years ago I have become fitter, stronger, leaner. Happier too! Even if I have no medical problems yet, I’m happy to see that my blood pressure has gone down and all blood values have improved. Quality of sleep has improved and the headache I used to suffer from earlier has disappeared. Same goes for the pain in neck, back and shoulders. Combining the workout with the ED/NR guidelines also helped me get rid of many stubborn kilos. Minna

I’m really glad I found Jessboxing! After starting I have lost all my pregnancy weight in only a few months and I plan on losing more. What do you think about Jessbox?: Well, the first and best thing so far is my jeans not being so tight! =)

I’m not so tried during the day and I sleep better compared to before the Nutritional Responsibility & Jessboxing! I’m functioning a lot better at work and seem to find I handle stressful situations much better than before.

Jessboxing has definitely done wonders for me! It releases all my happy hormones and I feel great for days afterward!

Eating more fish has helped my skin look better as well as my hair! I just feel SO much more healthier and totally content & happy in my skin!

Joining Jessboxing has definitely been worth it! Absolutely NO doubt about it! The classes are super fun and I can actually feel every single muscle in my body working! I like how Marie explains what each exercise does and which muscles we use.

If you’re looking for a great workout – join JessBoxing! I’ve been looking for a boxing class since I moved to Luxembourg so I was so happy when I finally found JessBoxing. And it has really lived up to all my expectations. With JessBoxing you definitely get a good all-round workout including both cardio and strength. It’s sometimes painful but as it’s so much fun, you hardly ever notice the pain… After being a couch potato for so many years who searched for any excuse possible to get out of exercising, I now hate it when a business trip comes between me and my boxing class!
